Colin Crowder

Sadly, Colin Crowder passed away suddenly of a heart attack on Tuesday, 6th March 2007. He was touring Namibia, a place he loved to visit, where we as a family spent many happy times exploring.

His cheerful disposition, and sense of humour kept us, his family, amused for days on end. Our knowledge of places we had never heard of, or likely to see, was made real by his graphic description of each and every place he visited. His storytelling was captivating.

He loved his job with a passion and he often said to us that it was made more enjoyable by the diverse people he had the pleasure of meeting on his tours.

We will feel the loss of his love and care, his endless patience and his wealth of knowledge.
